CORPORATE PERSUASION’s primary service is to consult in ‘real-time’ to a bid or pitch leader to help their team win a specific high-stakes opportunity. We introduce Persuasion Analysis, Planning and Development process where required, we act as an independent facilitator of the process, and coach executives on personal communication skills on an ‘as needed’ basis. Over the past ten years our consultants have assisted their clients to win on more than 2/3rds of their Real-Time Consulting assignments.

On the biggest bids or pitches, it has been demonstrated often that there is real value in bringing in an external consultant to challenge the team to deliver to the best of their ability. Having an experienced professional bid facilitator conduct the planning sessions allows your key management team to fully contribute to the process instead of having to run it.

When brought into a major live opportunity we assist the team to be as effective as possible with the time and resources they have available to them. Major bids and tenders are often stressful and time critical, and can compromise the running of the company if not carefully managed. They can also be needlessly expensive if not properly controlled. Sometimes we help the Bid Leader make the case to senior management for a different resource allocation if needed.

When engaged on a competitive bid, CORPORATE PERSUASION work exclusively for that client. All our engagements are subject to non-disclosure confidentiality agreements.  


Motivated

Real-Time Consulting is charged out at our normal consultant Daily Rate, with a 100% success fee based on our billed hours if our client is successful. (This success fee is not payable on personal skills coaching or training workshops done outside the Real-Time Consulting engagement.) Each engagement is scoped out, and each stage only proceeds with the acknowledgement of the client.
